Step 2 - Review our Art Processes and Procedures
- Computer Generated Art
Creating the artwork on the computer makes the actual production process simpler and quicker. Our computer graphics department consists of a network of computers, and the artwork sent in on disk or emailed to us must be compatible with our system. In order for us to use your disk or email to make the production faster and smoother, we ask that you submit your logo/design in any of the following formats:
- PROGRAMS: PhotoShop, FreeHand, Illustrator, Word or Power Point
- FILE FORMATS: JPG, AI, EPS, TIF, GIF, BMP or PSD
- RESOLUTION:Minimum of 72 dpi at final size (1 inch x 1 inch); 300 dpi is ideal at final size.
You may use other formats, but additional charges may be incurred. If you do not have artwork or would prefer your bands to be "text-only" we can design your bands for you. If you have any questions, we would be happy to answer them directly at 1-800-434-3994 (U.S. only) or 425-742-9999 (outside the U.S.). You may also email any questions to: firstname.lastname@example.org .
Please submit your artwork and any specific comments regarding your band, via email to the following address*: email@example.com. For processing purposes, please be sure to include your name, along with the name of your company and/or event. You may also use one of the designs we've already created by simply choosing one of the bands listed on our sample bands page and providing us with your logo.
*Please note: this email address is for artwork related issues only and should be used after you have submitted your cigar order. To place your cigar order, please continue on to our Online Order Form, or call us toll free at 1-800-434-3994.
- Web Artwork Retrieval
If we are required to retrieve your logo or artwork from the internet, a $20.00 charge will be assessed.
- Proofs of Art
Proofs of art are available by request via email.
